PIAZZA VENEZIA
This square took it's name from Venezia Palace, (shown in the picture). Pope Paolo II built the Palace in 1455 while he was only a cardinal.
The square was rearranged during the works at Vittorio Emanuele II monument: Venezia Palace was moved and in front of it was built a new one, the "Assicurazioni Generali di Venezia" Palace.
